Questions, Answered Plainly

The full FAQ.

Revision boundaries, ownership rights, timelines, hosting, pricing — the things agencies usually bury. Here they are, up front.

How much does it cost?

We don't sell off a price list. Tell us what you're struggling with and what you need — after a conversation, we cater a specific package to your needs. The scope, the deliverables, and the price are built around you, never picked off a shelf.

What are the revision limits?

Every package states its revision ceiling in writing. The Solo Operator Foundation includes 5 structured revision rounds to review and adjust copy, layout, and service options. Feedback is consolidated per round — not dripped in message by message — to protect both your timeline and studio capacity. Revisions beyond the ceiling are billed as separate service adjustments, quoted before any work begins.

What if I want changes mid-build that weren't in the scope?

Change requests trigger a choice — yours to make: swap an item of equal effort, add a paid change order, or move it into phase two. The option is always stated before work begins, so nothing surprises the invoice.

Who owns the website, assets, and logins when we're done?

You do — completely. The site, the graphics, the copy, the hosting access, and the SOP documentation are handed over at launch, along with a training session so you can run what was built. This agency builds freedom, not dependency: there is no hostage situation, no "you need us forever" clause.

How do payments work?

Standard framework: 20–50% deposit (depending on the solutions) initiates the build, and the remaining balance is due at final handoff, prior to release. We accept Zelle, Venmo, or check — checks preferred — on Net15 or Net30 terms. Every package includes a 14-day stabilization window after launch. Ongoing management beyond that becomes a separate care plan — never an automatic charge.

How fast can my build be done?

Focused small-business builds (Solo Operator and Idea Foundation) typically run 1–2 weeks when scope and approvals are clear. Brand & Launch runs 2–4 weeks. Business Ecosystems run 4–12 weeks, phased with milestones and acceptance criteria. Defined approval windows are part of the process — client delays adjust the delivery timeline rather than creating a studio emergency.

What's included in hosting and setup?

Package builds include configuration on high-performance cloud hosting with full SSL encryption and automated security backups. Production standards on every build: SSL certificates, automated backups, privacy policy, terms, and analytics. Hosting arrangements are confirmed during intake so ownership stays with you.

I'm an established business. How does advisory work?

Advisory engagements begin with diagnosis: unclear procedures, weak customer experience, inefficient field operations, fragmented branding, or digital systems that don't match the real operation. Advisory can expand into a custom project, a workshop, an implementation sprint, or ongoing guidance — always scoped in writing after the fit conversation. The first 20-minute fit call is structured and free; anything deeper is scoped together around your needs.

Can you build me an app or a platform with user accounts and payments?

Honest answer: a polished marketing website and content system is what packages deliver. A consumer platform with accounts, payments, privacy, support, security, and ongoing product development is a software product — it requires separate discovery, engineering phases, testing, and a maintenance plan, quoted as its own engagement. We'll tell you plainly which one you're asking for before money moves.

What happens after I apply?

The guided application screens for budget, target outcome, decision authority, deadline, existing assets, and readiness. Qualified applicants move to a structured 20-minute fit call — one decision call, no endless sales loop. Then a deposit and kickoff, and the build begins.

How many projects do you take at once?

Studio capacity is deliberately throttled to protect quality and personal balance — the recommendation is 2–3 active solo builds at any time. If the queue is full, you'll be told honestly, with a start date — never rushed into a slot that can't be served well.

Do you use AI to build the sites?

The studio leverages modern tools inside the process — but the offer is senior-directed speed, integrated capability, reliable delivery, and owner autonomy. "AI-built" is never the selling point; the judgment, the system design, and the handoff are.

What about the Angelic SEAL barbershop program?

The Angelic SEAL is the barbershop certification line under Angelic Creators Agency: shops that implement the method, professionalism standards, and client-experience systems earn the SEAL on their door — Michael APPROVED — as a community trust mark. It has its own section of this site: visit the Barbers pages.

What if we're not a fit?

Then the application says so — kindly and quickly. No proposal is written before qualification, and no one is sold work that doesn't match their needs. The rule is public: tell us what you're struggling with, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. If we're not, you'll hear that too.

Still Curious?

The application answers the rest.
