What we offer

Consulting packages — business systems, branding, and growth services.
Airbnb operations management — tiered packages plus custom-priced packages tailored to each client's properties and needs.

Our services are professional and customized: the scope, timeline, and fees for your engagement are agreed with you directly before work begins.

Payment

We keep payments simple and direct — no third-party processors. If you're paying by card, we accept Zelle or Venmo; we prefer checks. Amounts are in U.S. dollars.

A 20–50% deposit (depending on the solutions) initiates the build, with the remaining balance due at final handoff, prior to release. We work on Net15 or Net30 terms, agreed with you before work begins. For custom packages, payment terms (including any deposits) are confirmed with you directly before work starts.

Refunds

All sales are final — we do not offer refunds as a matter of policy. This includes deposits and payments for custom packages once work has been agreed and begun.

That said, business is built on relationships: if something goes wrong, we may at our sole discretion grant a refund or credit on an individual case-by-case basis. Talk to us — we'll hear you out.

Working together

We'll define the scope of your package clearly before anything is billed beyond an agreed deposit.
If plans change mid-engagement, we'll discuss it like professionals and put any changes in writing.
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable notice; work already delivered is billed as agreed.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and respectfully. The content, frameworks, and materials here belong to Angelic Creators Agency — you're welcome to learn from them, but don't republish or resell them without permission.

Limitation of liability

We bring our best to every engagement. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us for the services in question, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
